This
page is about me! My name is Ian Adey and I am a teacher at Templeton Academy
on the North Shore of the Bay of Islands. The school itself is in the community
of Meadows; however we encompass the entire North Shore. I teach English and
Social Studies. The above picture is of my Grade 9 students - winners of the

This is
my 6th year at Templeton Academy, and my 13th year as a teacher. One of my
areas of study as a Master's student at Memorial University has dealt with
authentic leadership. This site is meant to act as the dissemination center for
the work that I have completed on this topic.
